Call for Membership

Finally, an organization that puts education first! The Financial Education Association — dedicated to enhancing the finance education experience. Join your colleagues in this unique organization that seeks to achieve its goal of enhancing the teaching of financial education and improving the collegiate financial education experience for students through its annual conference and its sponsorship of the Journal of Financial Education and Advances in Financial Education. Unlike other finance associations that try to make room for educational research, pedagogy and curriculum issues in their agenda, FEA has teaching as its central focus.

There are two ways to join, either by email with a printable form or completely online.  To use the form, either send check to the address given or send credit card info on the form itself via email to michael@uhcl.edu.  A printable membership form is available here (right-click to "Save Link As"). 

 

The fully-online option is via PayPal.  Please use the online option when possible.

 Please note:  The JFEd online archive is only available through JSTOR, and it does not require membership in FEA.  Other resources are available through the Home Page, including many back issues, but JSTOR is our official archive service

2025 Financial Education Association Membership/Subscription

If you attended the September 2024 conference in San Antonio, your membership for 2025 was included in your registration.  Please contact michael@uhcl.edu if you are unsure of your status. 

If you use PayPal, the service will send you a receipt for your transaction.  No other receipts will be sent for those payments unless requested. 

FINALLY:  PLEASE also include your EMAIL ADDRESS in an email to michael@uhcl.edu so we can keep you up-to-date before the conference.

JFED Manuscript Submission Payment for Non-Members

Only one co-author needs to be a current member.  If you are unsure of your status, please contact michael@uhcl.edu .

  JFED Manuscript Submission Fee $95:  Please include your EMAIL ADDRESS in an email to michael@uhcl.edu

(separate fees are required for each submission)

Please note that this submission fee is separate from the annual membership fee.  If you wish to join the organization, you will need to complete the application and/or use the online purchase system for that separately.
